Instructions for Authors
Submit an Abstract
Abstracts are due on January 16th, 2009. Please submit a 300 word abstract using the on-line submission form.
Verify Abstract Was Accepted
View a list of papers that were accepted for presentation at the conference. If you did not receive notification that your abstract was received please contact the conference organizers (available after February 15th, 2009).

Final paper submission is due April 28th, 2009. All papers must be submitted using Microsoft Word. Please download the template and carefully read the instructions on how to prepare the paper.

Length of Paper
The maximum length for the paper including all figures, graphs, tables, references, etc., is six pages.
Submit Final Paper
Submit camera ready paper by April 28th , 2009. Note that papers for these proceedings are not refereed. Once the paper is accepted for presentation, the paper will not be edited for content or language. It is strongly recommended that the paper be reviewed by a capable English editor before final submission.
Pre-register for the Conference
To inlcude the final paper in the proceedings, authors are required to preregister for the conference by the final paper deadline of Aprilt 28th, 2009. This is also the deadline for early registration. Registration will open on February 25th.
